I built a supermarket website for people in Bouira to order groceries from home. The owner uses the same system to update the store and manage every order.
Why it existed
The supermarket only sold to people who came in
The owner wanted online orders without spending hours updating a second system. Stock, prices, photos, and orders had to stay simple.
What I built
I built the store and the tools behind it
Customers browse, search, filter, add to cart, and order. The owner manages products, stock, images, and orders, with Excel imports and instant alerts. We used a PWA for the website and installable phone app. It runs on an Oracle VPS behind Cloudflare.
After launch
One small campaign brought real orders
The platform reached about 50% ROI in its first 27 days. The owner ran one small ad campaign, and 94.4% of orders were delivered.
